The Diocese of Dallas Youth Commission is pleased to present nationally known singer-songwriter and speaker Celia Whitler for this year's Fall Rally on Saturday, September 6, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at All Saints Camp & Conference Center. As a performer, music and worship leader, Celia has sung for more than 1,100 concerts and events throughout the US and Europe.
